Snuggo
Building a laundry brand people actually wanted to talk about.
Snuggo was created for busy households who'd rather spend their weekends doing anything but laundry. While competitors focused on washing, drying, and delivery, we built a brand around something people value far more: their time. Through strategy, identity, website design, and campaign creative, we transformed a practical household service into a lifestyle brand that feels playful, memorable, and worth talking about.

{The Challenge}
The laundry industry is crowded with businesses selling convenience, speed, and reliability.
The problem is that most brands look and sound exactly the same.
Snuggo needed to stand apart from traditional laundry providers while communicating the value of a door-to-door service that collects, launders, folds, and returns household linen. The challenge wasn't just explaining what the service does, but making people feel why it matters.
{The Strategy & Design}
Through our discovery process, we uncovered that people weren't looking for a laundry service, they were looking for one less thing to think about. While competitors focused on speed and affordability, we positioned Snuggo around what customers get back: their weekends, time, and headspace.
This insight informed every aspect of the identity. We created a playful, personality-led brand using oversized typography, warm colours, lifestyle imagery, and cheeky messaging to make Snuggo feel more like a lifestyle brand than a traditional laundry service.
{The Outcome}
What began as a laundry service became a lifestyle brand.
Through a clear positioning strategy, distinctive identity, and memorable campaign platform, Snuggo was able to break away from a category dominated by functional messaging and create something customers actually wanted to engage with.
The result is a brand built for growth, one that transforms an everyday household chore into a service people are excited to talk about.
