{The Challenge}
Miko Café had all the ingredients of a great hospitality destination: a unique location, quality food, and a loyal customer base.
However, the challenge wasn't the product or service — it was perception.
The brand lacked consistency across its website, marketing, and customer experience. Our goal was to reposition Miko from simply a café within the Auckland Botanic Gardens into a hospitality destination people would actively seek out.
