DesignHer+ was created to address the gender gap in New Zealand's design industry, where women represent the majority of students but only a fraction of professionals. The challenge was creating a brand that felt bold, inclusive, and future-focused while bringing together students, professionals, and industry leaders under a shared mission. Through strategy, brand identity, event collateral, and digital experience, we created a platform designed to inspire, connect, and elevate emerging female designers.
